Aero 55 carbon fiber rim is the perfect counterpart to DT Swiss hubs. We made a few improvements to bring you market leading quality for an affordable price.
We use a mix of Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber cloth. The combination of these fibers allowed us to save around 100g per wheelset while still keeping our aero shape stiff and strong.
We also did a little bit of work to the brake track. Aero series, we took that up to 300°. You won’t need to fear Alpine descents on our Aero 55.
To go with our Aero rim, you can pick from your choice of DT Swiss hubs. You can choose from the affordable 350S or the lighter 240S. Both hubs feature sealed bearings and DT Swiss’s Star Ratchet drive for an instant drive connection.
Your choice of DT Swiss hub will be laced to our carbon fiber rim using the aero Sapim CX-Ray spokes. Sapim has over 100 years of spoke building experience, and the CX-Ray is the pinnacle of this knowledge, a truly lightweight and stiff spoke.
The Aero 55 is offered with our two-year warranty to bring you peace of mind with your purchase.

Wide Rim Tech
25mm rim wide creates a better, more stable support, while the shape of the tire and rim together creates regular, stable air flow, in short, more aerodynamics, less attrition. provides an ideal basis for 25/28mm tires, the sizes currently popular.
2-Way Clincher Tubeless. Tubes or No-Tubes
Use either traditional tires with tubes, or tubeless tires without tubes. Tubeless tires can provide lower rolling resistance and better protection from punctures.
