Before starting to install tubeless tire, you should prepare: bike wheels,tubeless tire,degreaser,tubeless rim tape, sealant, scissors, gas cylinder, wipe cloth, valve core,Fixed wheel support.
1.Clean the rim bed thoroughly to ensure good adhesion of the tape
Wash thoroughly with a soft cloth or degreaser to avoid more dust.
2.Install the tubeless rim tape
This is an important step you can not ignore.It is better to wrap each rim two times to envelops the rim bed
3.Wipe gently and press slowly to fit the tubeless tape to the rim bed with no air pockets.
Do not press with excessive force to avoid tubeless rim tape damage
4.Find the right position to make small hole，seat the valve in the hole and securely thread on the external value nut on the outside of the rim
5.Install tubeless tires according to the tire manufacturer’s instructions (do not use metal tools to install tires; rims may be damaged).
6.Fill tubeless tires with tubeless sealant (this step is necessary before inflating).
Tips： Be sure not to make the valve hole too large, and Tighten the valve nozzle to avoid air leakage.
Note: if the nozzle is not tightened, air will run from the nozzle into the rim, causing a doughnut effect.
7.Install tubeless tires according to the tire manufacturer’s instructions (do not use metal tools to install tires; rims may be damaged).
Notes: When install the tire, move the tire to the middle position, the smallest diameter, it will be easier to install.
8.Fill tubeless tires with tubeless sealant (this step is necessary before inflating).

8.1 Pour sealant through the valve core nozzle
8.2 Inject tubeless tire sealant before sealing the tubeless tire
9.Reinstall the valve core back into the valve stem before inflation.
10.Turn around the wheels to make sure the sealant is evenly distributed in the tubeless tire.
11.According to the recommended tire pressure on the tire label, inflate the tire with the specified tire parameter value (70-120 psi).However, an air compressor or a charging tank may be needed.
You should hear the tyre ring “click” into the hook of the rim to indicate that it is inflated.
12.Check that the tires and bead is properly mounted and follows the rim profile uniformly without leaks.
