Yes a little bit will transfer to your clubs, particularly on the ‘Rough’ turf (the middle one). That said, you Shdn’t be too concerned about a bit of green color on the club head. It just means that you have hit down on the turf with a slight descending blow. This is what the mat was designed to help groove – a slightly negative angle of attack.
